Synergy, formerly known as Absolute, is looking to include like-minded PVE allies in anticipation of the Alliance system. We are the highest-ranking PVP-only guild, and believe the alliance system is a great way to expand the Synergy community beyond the confines of PVP. Come PVP and PVE with Synergy.
Our aim is to combine our cumulative assets, strength, and knowledge so that each of us can grow, thrive, and have fun doing what we love most. We're a council-run guild and alliance; all guilds will be invited to participate in alliance-wide decisions.

We are looking for non elitist guilds to join our alliance.
As was told during a recent CN run where our tank died @15%, our healer who was from Strawberry Yakuza... died at around 40%. Our healer... after we killed him with 3 players and no tank... "you guys are seriously unbelievable".
We cannot wait to run with all of you.
I know that we are growing again very soon with the announcement of 3 more guilds added.

Our #1 goal, the reason the leaders of Synergy decided to create our own alliance, is community expansion and integration. We want to have fun with more people. As such, the approach we're taking is very hands-off. Guilds run themselves just as they do now, without additional alliance-wide policies enforced.
To facilitate this goal, we ask that all allied guilds use Discord. Discord is perfectly suited for alliances, as it keeps us all close and in communication while retaining each guild's private servers. Discord is 1 year old, and is the fastest growing VOIP service available for good reason. We've already been having a blast with our new allies, and would love to see our last few spots filled up.
Discord is our 1 requirement. We also ask to reserve 1 gauntlet spot for each sword guild, but otherwise, sword guilds are free to find their own gauntlets so long as they are okay with our 1 requirement.
Some history: Synergy has thrived since February 2014, with consistent leaders throughout. We're a very stable guild and group of players, and most of us have been playing since open beta.
Please send me a message in discord or in-game if you're interested. We're looking to finalize our alliance before alliances go 'live' next week.
