Servers Down - 4/19 - BACK UP!

Update 2:39PM: The servers are back up! Thank you for your continued patience.

Update 2:23PM: We've discovered the issue and are on the way to bringing the server back up.

We're aware of the server issues and are investigating.

    I'm having massive login issues as well (timeouts). My partner has been getting d/c'd when switching characters.

    Guess we'll watch TV.

    I second this, was in guild chat, and suddenly stuff just died, its a shame the connectivity isnt easy to spot from ingame when in chat etc

    Thank you for the quick response. My /tell 's weren't working and then even guild chat wouldn't work; I also couldn't get out of queue group during this time. Hope this information helps!

    So, any information so far what caused the problem? Or rather, when the servers will be up again (approx.)? Look as if a simple restart does not solve the problem, hm?

    I think Boo grabbed all the server hamsters so he could run a hamster raid on Tiamat....

    I was having a grand old time when the rug got pulled out from under me. I tried logging back on several times, to no avail. I closed NW and reopened the launcher to see server status, and it was, of course, RED. I hit the forums looking for info. NADA, but that might just be me not knowing where to look.

    Any suggestions, I mean beside sit tight or switch to Fallout 4 for the afternoon?

    Whew, glad it isn't just me. I guess I logged out right before the server crashed. I knew my professions would be done 30min later, so have been trying to log in to do them, but couldn't. Glad this thread was here to tell me that it wasn't just me.

    Just woke from an afternoon nap to servers down o no what will I ever do? I think I hear that pillow calling me.

    Guys, its over. The Faerzress infected the servers. We have to wait for drizzt to investigate. But it seems he is busy right now in the underdark.

    Yes the little red circle on the launcher means the servers are down. That is if you close out the game if you loose connection. At any rate I found a post from Strum that they are aware of the situation and are looking into it.

    Yes, as I stated. You know, red status. But is there a place to get more, better information? Did I bring it down by adding just one too many sturdy leather shirts to the auction house? Did someone trip and pull a power cord? Did the guy watching the server run off to try for a Republican Presidential Nomination? AND WHAT ABOUT NAOMII???

    Inquiring minds want to know!!!, and so do I.
