[PC] 3-17-2016 patch issue

After maintenance was done I started the patch today and after 4 hours (it never takes this long) I'm getting an Error 36: File could not be opened to be rewritten and the game tries to repatch only to get the same message. I cannot play the game until this is resolved. Is this happening to anyone else or has it happened before? I'm missing the 2x RP event because of this and havent been able to play at all today.

    Whenever you get Error 36 it is because the game didn't properly shut down. Please attempt to close the GameClient.exe file using Task Manager or reboot your computer.

    im having problem on getting it patched it has passed 6h and it hasnt completed patchin, gets stucked at 93%

    I finally got it to download, and now when I try to run the launcher it takes forever. Eventually it will let me back in...then you are disconnected. I have only been playing a few weeks, but now I have gone a whole day without being able to play. I am a little erked at this point.

    Patching is getting stuck here also, Launcher is stating patched 259.3mb/1315mb
    Received 1685mb -19% ( and still receiving) been like this for over an hour now, everything is stuck only the received continues to climb ever higher. Am I downloading the game again? seems mighty big patch to correct what half a dozen things?
