Dragonflight Damage Resist

Do we know what the DR is for the DF dragons, specifically Katatheo?

The reason I ask... the last 2xRP weekend we had, I was able to rank a few things up, and have a pretty decent ilvl on my GWF. However, before I got stuff upgraded, he was laying out a lot more DPS versus Katatheo. The past three times we fought her, he was putting out significantly less, and each subsequent time, that DPS was reduced by roughly 10k. I have not changed my rotation, and there were plenty of buffs/debuffs happening. I also went in with the dragon potions/scrolls.

My GWF is sitting on over -60% RI with good power and crit... but they don't seem to be helping. If anything, since I've leveled up items, he seems to have gotten worse.

Ideas? Thoughts? Comments?

    May be party components was changed.
    May be more people throw out lantern before.
    May be the dragon was killed faster than before.

    also, if there are lots of empowerers on the dragon they increase the DR the dragon has i believe

    unless you have all the same players basically engaging same rotations.. you are virtually having a new engagement with different parameters every fight.

    This is hard to gauge..

    You didn't happen to respec right after you upgraded everything, did you? Changes in feats could explain it....

    I believe the difficulty of the SH dragons scale to the size of the zerg party (Between 5-20 players)

    "Upgrades" were:
    • Sigil of the GWF to turquoise.
    • Horn of Blasting to turquoise
    • Lostmauth Necklace to orange
    • Ranked up some enchantments
    There was no respeccing.

    I was in a party, so got my Dusk Armor bonuses.

    And the runs were one right after another. Same group.

    My "issue", I guess you could call it: I have over -60% RI... and the first of the three run, I did about 60% of the DPS I would normally do, even in a T2. And the DPS, like I said, in the next two runs were each decreased by 10k.

    Not a huge deal. I'm trying to understand the math.

    Run act, its easy to check, you looking at the "effectiveness" column.
    Our Imaginary Friends are better than yours.

    Hitting empowerers nets you much higher score / dps since they have much less DR than the dragon, so unless you ONLY hit the dragon, it will be nearly impossible to compare one fight to another.

    What drartwhodent said. Doing all the Empowerers will place higher up in the "X" damage listing, then just doing the dragon.
    We have a dedicated GWF who does all the Empowerers (he's quick like Speedy Gonzales) and he will place top of the Damagedealer most of the times.
