Stealth Bar seems to get stuck sometimes and doesnt move no matter what ability you cast, roll or w/e. From what i noticed only relog can solve it. Problem is that relog in PvP = kick and if you dont relog you gonna be useless anyway.
Had this happen to me in pvp .. I had to die for it to come back. It has to do with lurkers assault, which I see that you are using. The capstone for sabo is also still bugged by not refilling stealth all the way
This happens to me a lot and it occurs if you die right after using lurker's assault and not having full stealth meter. Changing maps will "fix it" but you can't always do it.
Here is how you can cause your stealth meter stop regenarating: 1) Take your TR and select "Lurker's assault" as your daily. (You can use DC's sigil to recharge your daily faster if you fail on your 1st try.) 2) Find a really strong boss who can kill you with his AoE attack, like a dragon 3) Aggro the boss and wait until he is about to cast a powerfull AoE attack 4) Use your Lurker's assault and enable stealth immediately to make sure the meter is not full 5) Step into or stay in the AoE attack zone and get killed
Observed Result: When you die your stealth meter doesn't regenerate anymore. Neither in normal or increased speed. It doesn't seem to matter whether or not you have soulforged enchantment and you don't dont die permanetly.
Expected Result: After you die, your stealth meter should either a) Regenerate fast if lurker's assault is still active or b) Regenerate normally if death is supposed to cancel the effects of the daily skill. Either way stealth should generate at some speed.
Ps. This might sound like a really stupid scenario but it's pretty common because lurker's assault may unwantedly teleport you to an enemy who is in a middle of an AoE attack zone.
from what you say.... Lurker's Assault is bugged actually and not stealth meter? that said, TR's should not use Lurker's Assault until the Dev team reports the bug fixed to avoid frustration....

So TR's should never use Lurker's Assault you are saying? I am a bit cynical but this power has been bugged for almost forever (their was a brief period where they fixed it but they then reintroduced it). I seriously doubt they will fix it again and if they do they will break it immediately after just like they did the last time (a year ago or a bit more I cannot recall anymore).
