Easy there, chief....it'll say on the text before you purchase "reclaimable by each character" or "claimable on a single character".
For the record, I took the liberty of checking each mount in the shop. ALL of them are claimable on multiple characters. When you go to the ZEN store on a character other than one you initially purchased the mount with, it will show in the shop as "Free" for the purchase price.
You have every zen mount?

I have a bunch of Zen store mounts. I can claim them, discard them, and reclaim them again, all without having to spend once said mount has been purchased, initially. This holds true across all characters on my account.
The only exception to this is that there was an in-game event where you could claim a green Ashen Brindle horse. Any character that did not claim this mount during the event cannot later claim it for free, (so only 1 of my characters claimed it, and it's only free for them), but this a 1-off instance.

Can anyone tell me how much the Stormraider Clydesdale costs in the Zen Market ? Im also on XBOX and ATM it costs 3500 Zen.
