Ok so we need to buy coals from zen store, but 1,000 zen is to expensive (around $10 USD), why don't you permanently lower it to 400-500, this way more players can buy it and use it.
I saw this show the other day called "Partner", its about a guy who helps business in struggle, there was this car selling company who only sold new expensive cars, he thought it was good, cause he sells 2-3 expensive cars per month, the thing is the "partner"changed everything and started to sell cheaper cars, cause there are more people in the town that can buy a cheap car compared to expensive cars.
So he started to sell 60 cheap cars per month which was a huge success.
Why not apply the same thing to NW, I'm pretty sure there are more players who can invest 400-500 zen per month in coals compared to 1,000 zen
You need 3 coals to make a normal enchant, if you start from base.

Lowered price coalescent wards is a welcome idea.
Have a bunch of lesser soulforgeds, bought back when they were well under 100k a pop. Good enough. I'm not hardcore enough to find a T-Neg necessary for my enjoyment, though I do have a T-Thunderhead because it's cool and stuff for a P-Elven Battle when I refine one Greater.
A lot of gearing alts is managing your resources *really* well. And I don't need the coal wards I bought last night for upgrading anything I already have, because I have bound wards for that.
(Everyone who's doing their math by starting from shards is making a bad error doing it that way.)
