Problem?

I'm not sure how customer support works but I had a problem on another account and it got answered pretty quickly like within one day and I would also like to say that I just made this ticket yesterday. But, apparently when I, all of a sudden, have questions about my first ever "Banned Account" I got like two answers and I'm not sure if they are choosing to not respond after this anymore but I keep asking questions and I keep getting no answers. I'm not opening up multiple tickets but I responded three times and still no response I just really want to get back into playing the game before 2x Experience and Underdark but from what it looks like right now I don't think I am if anybody could help me get some answers that would be great.

    Just like the post under yours, the guy has same problem. If you were banned, it was because you did something that broke the rules. Whether you knew you were breaking the rules or not does not matter. That or you did/said something that offended someone, they recorded, they reported you with that proof, and you were banned.

    If you broke the rules, most times is about AD, you will probably be perma banned. If it is the other example it is probably only a 24hr-3day ban.

    Yes just like Firepats12 said, but I thought they offered temporarily suspensions to first time offenders...

    not anymore that I have seen. Too many people were violating the AD rules and so they just start banning at the start now.

    Serves the people abusing the system right but it's clearly too rough of a subject, taking note from the post before this, seems like they do little reviewing and quick perma banning. The reason why I describe the situation like that is because I am trying to picture myself in their place. For example, say you were working at a job and they warn you about receiving 3 strikes before firing you from the job.

    True, but on a completely escalated example....you commit a real life crime, you don't get a slap on the wrist (maybe if your a kid) you get punished to the full extent of the law. That the one hitter quitter system that NW has adopted and I think it is fair.

    I see both points but when a crime is committed we got to jail/prison, we eventually get released.

    Perma bans are the way to go... followed by deleting the account and any the assets where directly transferred to.

    If second chances aren't given for one mistake, players will be lost... EVERYONE, in this world, makes at least one mistake and we have to live everyday knowing that it can happen at any time but when that mistake is made there has to be a second chance. If you take a look at movies, real life situations, and anything else... You will see that a second chance is always given to prove yourself.

    Comparing game penalties to rl jail is hyperbole. And even if zayphr says everyone makes mistakes, a mistake is not the same as breaking the the law. And in in RL except for certain cases ignorance of the law is no defence. If you play any organized game you agree to abide by the rules or you will be sanctioned. The onus is on the player to understand the rules and act accordingly.
    I'd rather the game organizer went after those encouraging abetting and facilitating rule breaking, (IE the sellers) but in every game I've played they're faster to adapt and hard to prosecute (Which would have to be done in rl courts) than the players who use them, so the players who break the rules are sanctioned.

    I agree 99% there but even though we abide to THEIR rules, we as players and customers should have the opportunity to reassure ourselves instead of coming to find closed doors that will forever be locked.
