Lol I've just read your comment and yeah ok my banner and logo are erm lets just say RUBBISH! But it was a rush job and I'm no techy designy person!

Is the sign of not many entering a sign of not many playing or something wrong with the give away? All comments regarding this would he great even if to tell me something I'm doing wrong?

I wont be doing exciting videos, they will just be quick less than a minute ones to give away things.

Yeah. I'd like to get an idea of the actual player base on Xbox. You can roughly estimate by going to each zone and checking the instances but that would take ages. Plus the number of people is dependent on time zones etc. And you always get more on weekends.

Maybe try putting something up in Zone chat in the game. Not sure if that's allowed though. I've seen other do it before. And try opening a lockbox with a Legendary Mount. That would help

I did mention it in Dread ring area as thats the main area I do but the total lack of interest makes me wonder?

As for firesidecats metioning of scamming, others may actually bite and argue back but I agree with this comment, I've got literally no way of showing I'm not a scammer but I'm not sure how me giving items away is a scam or how I could scam anyone this way? I'm asking for nothing other than a subscribe in return? Also its not exactly an effort to click a link and click subscribe and post Hi! Ok if you dont have a Youtube account theres the hassle of setting it up but its not exactly effort is it?

As for getting a mount in one of the boxes, I may be wrong but aren't they bound? I've got 25,000 Zen + over a million AD so could buy a few to give away but I'm beginning to think theres no point! When I joined Rise from the Ashes guild, I gave them 15 bags to gave away, I was supposed to give them all the rest of my items as I was quitting the game but due to the time zones or whatever i got sick of waiting, great guild by the way.

Looks like those 4 or so peeps who have entered will have a nice chance of winning though, the funny thing is I've even asked @neverwintergamer to retweet but they just dont seem interested? Is this cos of the possible scam issue and if so can someone please explain how I can scam someone by giving something away?

Not sure about scamming. I've never been scammed (apart from buying those damn keys lol) but I know it happens.

I just don't see much action on YouTube for Neverwinter on Xbox One. There's a few but not many. Their official YouTube channel hasn't had an upload for months and the twitch channel rarely streams.

For me this is a community game. I'm in a great guild (Filthy Casuals) and the more people interested in this game the better.

Oh and anything from a lockbox is unbound and tradeable/sellable including mounts or artifacts. Items purchased from the Zen market tend to be bound I think.

I've heard of a few scamming issues, the one were someone does a deal were you exchange loads of gold for a dear item but they add loads of items and then remove the main item without you noticing then you click agree!

Theres no worry with this with me as whomever wins will either get the items in a trade were i get nothing or I email them the items, I just worry about doing it this way as some still dont know their own email for Neverwinter.

Anyway I also agree there are not very many videos on Youtube and as I'm a million miles away from ever being a Youtuber and dont have the PC gear to make proper videos my videos are just nice and short Xbox made ones to give away some stuff, it realy is that simple. Maybe I should have got in touch with Pewdiepie and asked him to play the game!

I'm even changing the entry method to just making a comment, NO NEED TO SUBSCRIBE! I need people to comment so I can pick a winner out of them all, how else can I do it, just pluck any random name out of the air and hope they play NW?

So if anyone who reads this hasnt yet entered then go ahead and do so, the items you win are the items shown in the video, I wont open the actual companion kits etc, I will let the winner do that and they can maybe post back with what you got?

Alrite peeps just a couple of days left thanks for the comments and subs, I'm just wondering how to do the draw, I'm thinking maybe asking @Neverwintergame to pick a number from 1 to whatever the final post count is minus the posts of more than one so that peeps dont get more than one number? Hope you understood that?

Any other ideas would be great as I dont just want to randomly pick a name for "Fear" Of someone calling it a fix! Yeah he picked someone he knew blah blah, funny thing is all of the current comments are from peeps I have no connection to what so ever.

Also some bigger news, I'm going to open 10 boxes from the next draw to give a better chance of getting something better? Also I may start giving away some Zen with the lockbox items but not sure how to go about doing this, I was thinking 1000 Zen each week and the winner picks an item for me to buy but as ddem0n888 says that Zen items are bound I'm not sure about this so will look later to see what can be bought to give away? I could also transfer 1000 Zen into AD and buy a cheap item listed for the AD but you get fees in the Auction House and the conversion rate is poor at the moment so not sure about this?

On a plus note I managed to convert over a million AD into more Zen so now have a bit more, just sitting waiting for the rate to go back up!

Sorry its a bit long but some food for thought and again any ideas on how to do the draw would be great. Also if you still haven't entered you have until sometime on Sunday when I will then ask Twitter official page to pick that number unless someone comes up with a better solution.

I'm pretty sure there must be some some online random number generator you could use. Like you said though, it might be best to get someone else to pick the number.

I'm not 100% that all Zen Market items are bound. I think they may be account bound but the only thing I've bought apart from pres wards was a mount and I equipped that on all my characters. I know I can't sell it though.

There are a few number generator sites which i could use, I tweeted NW about them picking a random number but yet again they didn't reply? I wonder if Strumslinger will do it? So far its a number from 1 to 6! Next weeks 10 boxes will hopefully bring a bit more interest but who knows maybe not?

Really disappointing to have over 440 views but just 6 entries!

Anyway as soon as a winner is chosen and the items handed over I will do the next 10 lockbox giveaway, I'm not going to do Zen or AD until I get more interest.

For starters I've checked and they have said its ok to post the give aways on here, I'm not asking for followers, retweets or subs or likes now just a simple post on the video to give me a way of picking a winner!

This giveaway wasn't for a key but for the items from 5 lockboxes, just letting anyone pick a number is a great idea, you go and enter then work out what number post you are then I will ask you to give me a number! Yeah great idea! I ask an official from NW to make it fair and before anyone asks no I dont have any affiliation, relationship, scam whatever going on with the one who picks the number!

As for hard work, why you bothered? Its not you doing it, all you have to do to enter is make a simple comment, thats all, if you cant be assed to do that then dont!

I'm surprised at the negativity to giving things away!

Oh and guess what week 2 is now live!

Just to clarify for the Community: Posting notices (in the Moonstone Mask) for player-run events and giveaways is perfectly fine so as long as there is no cost (in-game or out-of-game) for players to enter and participate. We're more than happy in allowing folks to advertise here such giveaways in their twitch channels for their Neverwinter Streams. All we ask is as I said, keep it free to enter/participate and all types of player-ran events belong in the Moonstone Mask forum.
