Neighborhood Notify

For some reason, on of my toons has starting showing this Neighborhood Notify HAMSTER every time I go near a door. I've hunted through options and don't see it anywhere. How do you disable it pls and ty.

It's a chat checkbox. Click that gear on your chat window and you should be able to find it to disable.
