Drowned Shore Merchant Rescue gives no HE reward

As far as I know, this has been true for as long as the HE has been possible to complete. At EE launch, it had a bugged timer lasting only a few second and was therefore impossible to complete, so I don't know if the lack of reward dates from launch or from the fix that gave it a proper duration.

It fulfills the vigilance quest just fine, but you do not get any other reward. I don't know if this also prevents it from having a chance to grant a mote.

    There is not mote either from what I have done so far. It is very tiresome to do that heroic encounter and not gain any rewards whatsoever. This same encounter has been bugged from the beginning of the Rise of the Evil Elementals mod.
