Why only windows? Is it a compatibility issue?

    Short Answer: Resources.
    Long Answer: Cryptic, Inc. makes Windows based Computer Games, it's what they do and what they are employed to do. They are not funded to make games for other operating systems.

    However, just as with Star Trek and Champions Online (and countless other applications), you can get many Windows programs and apps to work with a Windows implementation, such as Wine. The use of such though is always at one's own risk, as Macs are not officially supported by Cryptic Games.
