Stuck at Cryptic loading screen

  i've been playing this game more than 1year...but after game update Patch Underdark..i can't play anymore because stucked on Cryptic Loading Screen...i dont know what happen.. i've tried re-install..,, re-patch safe mode twice..still no different

  Wow.. Incredible how Long the same issues have been appearing without any real fixes.
  I just came across Neverwinter 2 days ago. Worked the first time, but now I'm just always stuck at the Cryptic Logo Screen. There ist even a loading bar.
  They really do not put much effort to Fixing Problems.
  I really wanted to Play this game but I'll will not sit and wait for nothing.

  Same problem here, it just started for me a few moments ago even though the game has always run smoothly for me so far. Please, guys, fix this.
