Just finishing editing my old build so I will post all my stuff soon, I`ll reserve a couple of posts and copy and paste it all shortly. I`ve been testing some interesting things with some boons etc.

There are actually 2 sets/types of rotations I have posted in this thread. If you do have time and go through it the 1st set of rotations are for a Hunters Team-Work set up... further into the thread I posted the Aimed/Shot Strike rotations that I use :)

1st off I have chosen Half Orc for 5% extra crit damage and taken the Pathfinder Path. This build is very team/group orientated but it can also solo everything the game has to offer including most 5 person Herioc`s etc. Obviously you still cannot solo multiplayer end-game dungeons and what-not.

At-Wills I use Rapid Shot and Hunters Team-work. I also use the Artefact Longbow of Elemental Fire with the class feature that increases damage done by Hunters Team-work and Careful Attack.

For class features I run always with Aspect of the Serpent. AotS is a must for me as it increases damage by quite a bit by stacking buffs on Melee when using ranged powers and vice versa.
You can also take the Off-Hand Artefact weapon, Elemental Fire Blades, Class Feature which increases AotS even further. But there are so many good choices for the off-hand class feature it is up to you.
Lately I have been running Aspect of the Lone Wolf as it really buffs Deflect and survivability immensely. But other good options are Crushing Roots for the Daze but I find a bit pointless and a bit of a waste of a passive, Seekers Vengeance is very good with 19% extra damage from behind and Aspect of the Pack can have its uses for the big boost to everyones combat advantage (as long as other classes are not running a combat advantage buff for the team).

Dailies I run with are Slashers Mark, it does quite a large bit of damage whilst buffing other players who hit the target. It is actually really useful when you dodge a lot against certain enemies like LoL Scorpions or LoL boss himself. The other daily I use is Seismic Shot, hits really well when a crit and buffed up with AotS/Agile Combatant etc. Both of these Daily powers should be used at the start of a rotation (just after switching stances) to maximise all the buffs they get, if you are in ranged stance use Seismic Shot, if at the start of a melee rotation then use Slasher`s Mark.

For Encounter Powers I use Fox`s Cunning, this is amazing. It gives your whole team a free dodge when in ranged stance and the melee version is the nuts, it hits multiple enemies multiple times. Also the melee version increases your run speed while reducing the enemies. Also you can trigger other Abilities whilst in mid-animation and also fire off your At-Wills during the animation, plus you are INVINCIBLE whilst in animation of Fox`s Shift.

Next Encounter is Hindering Shot, this is a must for my Trapper HR, it has 3 shots with separate cool down, plus Grasping Roots on both the ranged and melee versions. The melee version is Strong Grasping Roots which this class excels at and is also the only really good melee root attack. (Just a note Constricting Arrow works just as well here in place of Hindering Shot)

3rd Encounter is Binding Arrow for the above reason (Grasping Roots), the melee version Oak Skin Heals your entire team and buffs their defences. Now if you are running in a group then using Oak skin will pretty much reset your ranged encounter powers, same with Fox`s Cunning when used in a group will pretty much reset your melee encounter powers.
Just to add something about Oak Skin, it increases your personal Damage Resistance by just over 10% (I am not sure how much it buffs allies defences though), it gives you ticks of healing which is pretty much permanent regen as the rotations are so fast and saves a lot of potions. Also I have tried out the boon Burning Guidance so now my Oak Skin also damages enemies… nice, it triggers solo fairly often as rotations are fast, in a group Burning Guidance triggers heck of a lot as its 5 chances of triggering each time you use Oak Skin :)

For Feats I have spent the Heroic Points like this :
5 Predatory action = 5% increased damage to Daily Powers
    3 Weapon Mastery = 3% Crit Chance
    3 Toughness = 9% more HP
3 Agile Combatant = 3% more damage when switching stances
3 Endless Assault = 6% more damage from Encounter Powers
3 Disciple of Dexterity = 6% damage bonus from Dex

All but 5 of my points go into the Trapper tree as its just that good :
5 Fleet Stance = faster movement when switching stances
5 Deft Strikes = 10% extra damage for melee encounter after using ranged encounter and vice versa. Also for me this is a must for this build.
5 Forestbond = 5% reduced cooldowns when applying roots
5 Ancient Roots = 2.5 seconds more for weak grasping roots, 5 seconds longer for strong grasping roots.
5 Swiftness of the Fox = 15% shorter cooldowns for the melee encounters when using ranged and vice versa. This is the best thing to put points in, you almost have no cooldown times when using all the encounters before switching. 1 Thing to point out is if you miss with an attack (usually melee attacks) then the Feat does not trigger, make sure you do not miss it can be costly.
5 Thorned Roots = Grasping roots now does 200% weapon damage to target every second, if they are immune to grasping roots it does 250% of weapon damage.... nuts
5 Serpents Bite = Aspect of the Serpent now does 5% more damage per stack + 2.5% crit chance per stack.
1 Biting Snares = When you apply grasping roots or thorned roots you gain biting snares. Biting snares causes your next stance shift to grant Master Trapper which generates 20% of your AP, increases your damage by 30% and increases your control durations by 60%, all for 10 seconds. This is the icing on the cake as the effect can trigger every 10 seconds whilst lasting 10 seconds. Putting a point here is the best thing you can do to a HR, but it makes the Control Bonus stat and % increase items/companions completely useless so do not use them.

Last 5 points go into the Combat tree for 5% increased Life Steal when you are in melee stance.

Edit... I was wrong, Burning Guidance does trigger if running solo with a Cat as an Augment Companion, I have not tried with a Stone.

    My rotation :

    1. Fox`s Cunning
    2. *switch to melee* Oak Skin
    3. *switch to ranged* Hunters Team-work
    4. Binding Shot or Siesmic Shot FIRST if AP is full
    5. Hindering Shot
    6. Fox’s Cunning
    7. *switch to melee* Hindering Strike or Slasher's Mark FIRST if AP is full
    8. Careful Attack
    9. Fox's Shift
    10. Oak Skin
    11. *switch to ranged* Binding Shot or Siesmic Shot FIRST if AP is full
    12. Hindering Shot
    13. Fox`s Cunning
    14. *switch to melee* and repeat steps 7-14 from now on but you only really need to add Hunters Team-work in a ranged rotation if it is not active OR you need a melee stack of AtoS. Or Careful Attack 1st in a melee rotation if the debuff is not active on an enemy (with 4 points in the skill it is active a very long time)... Careful Attack also is only really useful on enemies with high HP and if you have 2 stacks of melee AtoS up.

I have noticed that when using Aspect of the Serpent for buffs it is actually only useful at certain times. The way I run my rotation I hold the trigger button (Rapid Shot/Strike) only during the melee sequence. As soon as I switch from ranged to melee I use Hindering Strike, this is because Fox`s Shift will remove all stacks of AotS even if its full and replaces it with an AotS ranged version. As soon as I start Fox`s Shift I will hold the Rapid Shot Trigger button until my full sequence of melee encounters is over. So basically during sections 7-9 above I will hold down the Rapid Strike Trigger (I have mine set to Right Trigger)

This way I get lots of extra hits in during my melee sequence, this benefit does not work for the ranged sequence so it is not worth holding the rapid fire trigger during the ranged rotation. Hindering Shot and Binding Shot both benefit from AotS fully in the ranged rotation.

Generally when you finish a Ranged Rotation you will only have 1 stack of Melee AotS unless you throw in an At-Will during the ranged rotation, which is another button press in an already complicated class.
Hindering Strike benefits way more from AotS than Fox's Shift does. But only use Hindering Strike 1st in the melee rotations if you are in the middle of the enemy/enemies (otherwise Fox`s Shift is better to teleport to the enemy instead).

    Boons :
Sharandar – 400 Power, 400 Crit, 3% faster AP gain, 20000 possible Arcane damage per strike and finally Elvish Fury as we kill a lot of enemies = +135 power per enemy slain.
Dread Ring – 250 Crit/Movement, 400 Life Steal, 3% Deflect, 20000 HP chance to heal when struck with 4000 defence boost and finally Burning Guidance. I`ve mentioned this above in conjunction with Oak Skin the 2000 damage triggers ALL the time in a group for constant Damage over Time, also the 2000 damage can be buffed 
Icewind – 400 Combat Advantage, 400 Incoming Healing, 2% crit severity, Cold Shoulder to lower an enemies next attack damage by 2000 (this procs even on a dodge from Fox`s Cunning or whilst invinsible) and finally Rousing Warmth for 3000 damage bonus when healed which is also all the time.
ToD – 1600 HP, 40O Deflect, 400 Defence, 400 Life Steal, 5% crit severity and the last 2 what-ever you want as they are toooooo long to get.
Unfortunately I do not do the PvP so I have no boons and Stronghold Boons still a way off.

    Equipment :
Elven Raid Hood + Utility + Overload
Elven Assault Coat + Dark 8 + Soulforged Enchantment
Elven Assault Bracers + Utility slot + Overload Slot
Elven Assault Gaiters + Utility Slot

Lostmauth’s Hoard Necklace (Purple) + Utility
Personalized Adamant Ring of Piercing + (Off) Savage Rank 8 + (Def) Silvery Rank 8
Personalized Adamant Ring of Piercing + (Off) Black Ice Rank 8 + (Def) Dark Rank 8
Golden Belt of Puissance (Purple 2 away from Orange) + Utility Slot
Gemmed Exquisite Elemental Shirt + Tenebrous Rank 11 = 5% extra damage as Necrotic damage (my HP is always full and this is really worth it now we have high HP)
Gemmed Exquisite Elemental Pants + Azure Rank 8

This gives me the full set Lostmauth which is great for high Crit builds as it does an extra hit for weapon damage on a Crit.

Companions I currently have active :
Blue Brain Ball thing = +3% Combat Advantage
Purple Air Archon = 5% extra damage to enemies not at full health
Purple Fire Archon = 7% extra damage against targets under 50% health
Erinys = 5% extra crit severity
Cat = Augment so 100% stats sent over +125 Deflect

My Cat is equipped with 2 Bonding Runestones and a Rank 10 Eldritch Rune (10% extra stats sent over). Also a Personalized Adamant Ring of Recovery with R9 Dark + R8 Azure, Personalized Necklace of Recovery with R9 Dark + R8 Azure and lastly Personalized Belt of Recovery with R9 Dark + R8 Azure.
    So Cat sends over :

    990 Lifesteal
    1524 Recovery
    394 Arm Pen
    1143 Crit
    1961 Power
    Plus the 10% from Eldritch

This all gives my character (with Campfire buff but no other buffs) :

    2920 Item Score
    84,012 HP
    20 STR
    13 CON
    29 DEX
    11 INT
    21 WIS
    13 CHA

    Power = 11,346
    Crit = 6998 = 36.5% non-buffed
    Arm Pen = 5500 = 59.8% Resistance Ignored
    Recovery = 2897
    AP gain = 200
    Combat Advantage Bonus 1218 (8.7%)
Control Bonus = 498 * useless stat to a master trapper
    Defense = 3074
    Deflect = 2090 = 37.7% non-buffed (more with each enemy near-by)
Regen = 0 * pointless stat for HR
    Life Steal = 3210 = 8% (I`m working on this as I want 10%)
    Crit Severity = 92% + Perfect Vorpal (50%)

All my equipement is purple, nothing is Orange yet although Belt is Level 58.

The 4 Artifacts I use are an Orange Lantern for the extra combat advantage, Purple Rod of Imperial Restrant (for the Life Steal), Purple Horn of Blasting for the Set Bonus and an Orange Shop Keeper for the potions really as this one can be swapped, as can all of them, with what-ever Artefacts are better.

Anyhoo that is it if you have any questions please ask, I`ll do another clip of solo through Master of the Hunt Skirmish with my latest build. It does very high damage, buffs the party heck of a lot and is viable solo or even better in a group.

Here is a clip of the 1st part of Master of the Hunt Skirmish, keep in mind I had my son trying to distract me by running around whilst I was recording them lol. I failed to record the middle part but it does not matter http://xboxdvr.com/gamer/wdj40/video/13039958

Here is a clip of the end boss of Master of the Hunt http://xboxdvr.com/gamer/wdj40/video/13038964 I completely messed my rotations up right at the start.

This is a 5 person Skirmish keep in mind... also I`d like to add that my build is not just pure DPS... It is able to do just about everything whilst staying alive without the use of potions, in the above Skirmish I used 1 potion through the whole thing, chickens giving combat advantage and setting off my powers helps :)

I also ran a couple of PUG's last night to test out my current build (I still do not know if Hunters Team-work does more overall damage than Aimed Strike) and here are the results http://xboxdvr.com/gamer/wdj40/screenshot/3185033 and http://xboxdvr.com/gamer/wdj40/screenshot/3185032

Hmmmm I`m only into day 3/4 of testing my newest build and even though I am very happy with it I just really miss using Aimed Strike and Aiming Shot (very rarely but to start battle off)... But the Hunters Teamwork and Careful Attack buffs are actually quite good.

Its really hard to tell though even in the combat log how often Careful attack triggers and for how much damage.

Comparing it to Aimed Shot/Strike is even harder. As using an Aimed Shot at the start of battle sometimes crits for over 100k, then add Lostmauth Crit + Tenebrous Rune 5% HP as damage + 20000 Arcane damage,+ 3000 Rousing Warmth. Then you get 40% increased run speed from the Main Weapon Artefact class feature.
Then the melee version is bleed and Aimed Strike sometimes crits for over 10k + 6-8 ticks of bleed damage which also crits for roughly the same as the initial damage but sometimes higher bleed or lower bleed than initial damage.

Now Hunters Teamwork/Careful Attack is pretty hard to actually test as you need to add more strikes to the enemy for Careful attack to trigger, the damage numbers of the triggered attack do not seem very high to me though but it does last heck of a long time, but only activates once every 1.5 seconds.
Hunters Teamwork is decent causing an enemy to do less damage (not sure how much mind you) and then dropping HP, Stam and AP for the team.

Both At-Wills have their benefits and its hard to chose what I prefer. I do miss Aimed Shot/Strike.

Hmmmm I`ve been testing out some things with Careful Attack. Its a weird one, its a melee At-Will that puts a long duration of itself on an enemy. It can initially trigger Lostmauth Set crit, Arcane Damage 20000 (Elven Ferocity) from a boon and Tenebrous Rune (% of you HP as damage).

The odd thing I noticed is that after you apply it and switch to ranged, if you hit the enemy with a root attack like Binding Shot it will trigger a DoT from Thorned Roots and the ticks of root damage will trigger the melee applied Careful Attack and also trigger the Lostmauth Set each time a crit Careful Attack ticks damage.

But weirdly each time Careful Attack triggers it applies a Ranged Aspect of the Serpent, because of this you very rarely have a Melee version of AotS in your buff bar when cycling through powers on rotation (unless you just stand there and spam Rapid Fire). The only problem with this is you have less chance to crit in melee than you do in ranged.

This actually works out well as Ranged Encounters are generally better in damage than melee Encounters and in my above build the 2 Ranged Attacks hit hard. It also seems the combined DoT root damage can careful attack damage can themselves trigger Elven Ferocity and the Tenebrous Rune if you just stand there and watch it.

This are just some observations I saw while testing out different things on a training dummy.

    Thanks for posting this!

I tried this out for a bit and my survivability was pretty much 100% but I noticed my DPS was not where I liked it to be and even running solo doing dailies in places like dread ring took a bit longer than I would have liked. So I switched out binding arrow for Cordon of Arrows and not I feel like a beast.

My rotation begins with Cordon pulling all mobs in together. Then I Fox's and switch stance to melee and Fox in followed by Hindering strike and then whatever the melee version of Cordon is called. Then I dodge out and just watch everything die. :)

No worries... yeah its not a pure DPS build (I do have one of those) although it does heck of a lot of damage whilst surviving most things at the same time, also party buffing a lot. Its set up so lots of different things trigger all the time.

Like Oak Skin triggers Rousing Warmth and Burning Guidance boons making them useful and also dealing damage from a party defence buff and personal half decent regen.

I also take the boon Elvish Fury so it gets more powerful the more enemies you kill... 30 x 135 power works out as quite a nice buff.

There are lots of things that could be changed to make it a pure DPS build but I`d thought I`d share this one which is extremely good at surviving :)

I am tempted to drop perfect Vorpal and go with Feytouched at some point.

In the second still picture you posted, how is it possible that you out DPS the GWF by that much? There was even a thread on the forum somewhere indicating that it is virtually impossible for a HR to out DPS a GWF unless their Item Level/gear is vastly less than the HR.
  • boom782boom782 Member Posts: 183 Arc User
I'm guessing that is not the same group he started the dungeon with since there is no way a HR can out DPS a GWF 4 to 1 even if the HR is 3.5k and the GWF is half that.

Have you considered re-rolling your ability stats? I feel like your wisdom might be somewhat low, taking away from your crit chance. This can ultimately hurt your dps as Lostmauth set and Vorp won't be as beneficial. Lowering your STR would also help solve your slightly high RI. I currently sit at, without campfire buff, 15 STR 26 DEX 25 WIS and I have 46.4% crit chance (granted I do have almost 2k more crit). It is however 5% more crit chance from WIS that I feel is crucial. The 4% RI you'll miss out on can easily be made up else where (helm for example ;) )

Just something to think about :)

PS Burning guidance is getting nerfed (http://www.arcgames.com/en/forums/neverwinter#/discussion/1208081/sharpedges-pve-paladin-compendium-m8-dev-prot/p3 about half way through) due to it turning devotion (heal) paladins into a dps class

lol look at the screenshot... you can clearly see it is the same group from the start of the map as all the names are the same on the left to the names in the leader board.

Really good well-built GWF`s will Out-DPS me most of the time, although they do not really beat my DPS by a huge amount at the end of the dungeon, the one I ran with in that screen shot I really do not remember his Item Score etc but he may have been a fresh level 70 or something, I don't know. The 2 classes that I know I may come 2nd to when running a dungeon now are GWF or a SW.

Thank you for the info I did not know about this, but I don't think it will actually effect my above build as BG seems to trigger once a second anyway for me :)

Yeah I have thought of re-rolling, my old Wisdom was higher as I used belts that increased it but now I do not. But in the end I don't think it matters too much.

If you have higher STR and lower WIS you just need more runes/equipment for Arm Pen than Crit... where-as if you have higher WIS than STR you just need more runes/equipment for Crit than Arm Pen... Kinda evens itself out.

I have changed a few things around and will edit the top few posts again shortly, been playing with numbers and combinations of Elven gear, I dropped some power for some more Crit etc.

I also last night went back to using Aimed Shot/Strike over Hunters Team-work, I think I just prefer it and for some reason I see way more crits with out using Hunters Team-Work/Careful Attack. Also Careful attack really messes with Aspect of the Serpent :(

So my preferred power rotation is slightly different from what I originally posted, the above build is very good I think but I just prefer to use Aimed Shot/Strike over Hunters Team-Work/Careful Attack. Below are the normal rotations I use and my preferred way of playing.

I ALWAYS start off battle with 2 stacks of AotS in my buff bar, you can just hit thin air with Rapid Strikes and it builds the Ranged Stacks :)

My rotation if fighting in a group against normal mobs :

    1. Fox`s Cunning - *Switch to Melee*
    2. Oak Skin - *Switch to Ranged*
    3. Aimed Shot >>>>>>>> This is only used if the enemy is at a decent range and not agro`d at you
    4. Binding Shot
    5. Hindering Shot - *Switch to Melee*
    6. Hindering Strike
    7. Fox`s Shift or Slasher`s Mark 1st if AP is full
    8. Oak Skin - *Switch to Ranged*
    9. Binding Shot or Siesmic Shot 1st if AP is full
    10. Hindering Shot
    11. Fox`s Cunning - *Switch to Melee*
    12. and repeat steps 6-12 from now on

My rotation if fighting a large/powerful/high HP enemy or boss of some type in a group, or if I am running solo with no companion :

    1. Fox`s Cunning - *Switch to Melee*
    2. Oak Skin - *Switch to Ranged*
    3. Aimed Shot >>>>>>>> This is only used if the enemy is at a decent range and not agro`d at you
    4. Binding Shot
    5. Hindering Shot - *Switch to Melee*
    6. Aimed Strike
    7. Hindering Strike
    8. Fox`s Shift and Slasher`s Mark if AP is full
    9. Oak Skin - *Switch to Ranged*
    10. Binding Shot or Siesmic Shot 1st if AP full
    11. Hindering Shot
    12. Fox`s Cunning - *Switch to Melee*
    13. and repeat steps 6-13 from now on (although the the 1st time you hit point 6. it can be skipped if the enemy is too far away to be hit, thus Slasher's Mark would be better to close the distance in an instant)

    So for me its...
    X - switch to melee
    Y - switch to ranged
    LT

*Y - switch to ranged and let go of RT just before
    *Y
    *B
    *X - switch to melee
*LT and repeat from LT above (as shown by the *)

Its complicated until you get the hang of it ha ha... also each person may have their own preferences for instance swapping out Hindering Shot for Constricting Arrow which works just as well, depending on the dungeon Constricting Arrow/Steel Breeze is sometimes better than Hindering Shot/Strike... For instance Epic Spider Constricting Arrow is better but in Lostmauth with less mobs Hindering Shot works out better.

I`m actually switching out Aimed Shot/Strike for Hunters Team Work/Careful Attack mid-way through dungeon runs and I like using both sets of rotations I have posted in this thread (these ones and the one at the top). I`m torn as to which one I like using best.

I`ve tried using a rotation with both Hunters Team Work and Aimed Shot instead of Rapid Stot/Strike, but this does not work as well, as when Careful Attack is up you very rarely have Melee versions of Aspect of the Serpent and if you do have a melee version up its only there for a split second, therefore Aimed Strike is not as effective as well as melee Encounters and Dailies.

Generally when you finish a Ranged Rotation you will only have 1 stack of Melee AotS unless you throw in an At-Will during the ranged rotation, which is another button press in an already complicated class.
So Hindering Strike benefits way more from AotS than Fox's Shift does. But only use Hindering Strike 1st in the melee rotations if you are in the middle of the enemy/enemies (otherwise Fox`s Shift is better to teleport to the enemy instead).

How are you able to keep up decent DPS in dungeons running Oak Skin? Most GWF and SW of equal iLvl or higher do a lot more damage than my hunter and I use Hindering, Cordon, and Fox's which should give more DPS. I never die unless the entire group does so I definitely don't feel the need for Oak Skin unless it is adding in some unknown or listed dmg buff.

    Edit: Meant hindering not binding.

I mentioned above dude, Oak Skin will have a chance to trigger the Burning Guidance boon per person you use it on, so it basically triggers every rotation using Oak Skin in a group and its AoE. Sometimes there is a delay and it will go off whilst I'm using other powers so I think it may (but I`m not positive) trigger on ticks of healing from Oak Skin as well.

Also it triggers Rousing Warmth fairly consistently which is 3000 bonus damage on the next attack. I do not know what other classes have buffs/boons that may trigger off Oak Skin though as I don't really play the other classes. As well as giving all the usual benefits of healing and just over 10% Damage Resist. Oak Skin can also trigger a tick of Cruel Recovery for the Off-Hand Artefact Weapon (but that is totally minimal)

Cordon of Arrows is ok at best, it is far too slow to use in a fast rotation which in turn will lower your total DPS output over the course of a dungeon. I honestly cannot stand the skill lol. Check out my vids above for DPS output, I left the combat log open during the solo Skirmish so you can pause and see numbers if you so wish, pity I did not have the box open larger.

Fire Archon and Air Archon also really help by providing a 5% damage increase to enemies under 100% and 7% extra damage to enemies under 50% health.

The other reason I like Oak Skin is using it in a group will reset my ranged powers. I can literally stand there with 4 people when Lostmauth flies up and just spam Fox`s Cunning - Oak Skin with like a 1 second cool down when switching stances for the other power :)

I try to always throw in a dodge away from the enemy just before I hit Oak Skin, this allows it to go off without interruption, then you are at a slight distance perfect for the ranged rotation part.

The only feat we differ on is I currently have 5 in Trapper's Cunning instead of Forestbond. Do you feel the 5% cooldown reduction helps that much?

Nope, both powers in that slot are just a stepping stone to the next powers. You have to put 5 points somewhere and neither feat is actually that good really :)

Ok, the burning guidance thing makes sense. I may have to try that and hopefully they don't nerf it too hard.

As for Oak Skin, I still have it at lvl 3 and never noticed the melee cooldown part you get from 4 points. Looks like I have some respecing to do. :)

Let me know how you get on if you do :)

Just like to add that the screen shots I originally posted were just the 1st 2 PUG`s I ran whilst creating this thread... the scores do not always look like that ha ha, especially the one where I had 100mil and the rest were 1/4 of that, I was surprised myself to see that so I think the randoms were probably all just new players rather than me being over powered.

It was also kind of just to show off that the build is really good at surviving even with maybe newer/lesser geared players coming along.

Hey thank you for the comment :)

Funnily enough I have pretty much made my above build obsolete now lol. I just got a Yeti from the AH and upgraded him to Blue. Stuck 2 Greater Bonding and a Bonding Runestone on him and looking forward to testing it out in a couple of hours :)

Need to make a 2nd Personalized Necklace now though I only have 1 made.

I`m liking my new Yeti build I might have to post it at some point. I just ran a PUG CTA with another HR in the group, they beat me on damage by 300k at the end it was 2.2mil vs my 1.9mil I think it was. That has not happened in quite a long time so I checked out their items and wow...

I cant wait to have all those items, he had 4 Mythic Artefacts, Orange Main Hand, Orange Off-Hand, Orange Lostmauth Necklace and an Orange Belt (Lostmauth). Nuts that must have taken soooooo much work and/or money, I was really happy today as due to double RP I managed to get my 1st Orange item which is the Lostmauth Belt... Then I saw his character and felt a bit jealous lol :)

Aaaaaaand to top it all off the same named person I ran with had the same name pop up winning a Symbol of Water, if that was the same person that is some sweeeeet luck :)

Ha, not sweet luck but HAMSTER loads of money spent on keys probably. Or just very good at playing the system. I made a couple smart investments and have profited probably 10mill AD off them. :)

    Ha ha :)

What I meant by luck, in a way, was that person must have opened a box/some boxes whilst queuing for the Skirmish as it was on my screen whilst fighting the CTA. It was only when it was over that I noticed the HR I just checked out was probably the same one I saw win the item :)

Yeah, I made the choice to get VIP for the daily lock box key. I will let them pool and open a string of boxes. Once in awhile I will convert AD to Zen to buy a set of ten. Have not done it for some time since I have not had luck with getting anything major. Prefer making and keeping my daily 100k+ AD instead. I have more luck with getting appropriate drops from eLoL or SoTe than lock boxes.

Wdj, what weapon and armor enchantments do you run with? I didnt see that listed.

Heads up on burning guidance, there is a nerf coming, possibly with underdark where it procs only few seconds(maybe 30? Will need to check) instead of with every heal.

Question on oak skin, when i use it, my heals tick for like 800-900 but my allies only tick at like 174? Is that right? If so, sucks for them lol

Everything I posted up top is old now as I run with Companions with 3 Perfect Bonding Stones and enjoying testing out different Companions and Actives.

Weapon is Vorpal as I aim for high Crit and still working on it at the moment, I re-rolled to a Drow which has great stats for a HR. My Wisdom is up much higher now and Strength is lower, also Darkfire is not bad to have as a Racial Attribute :)

As for Armour I have a Greater Soulforged ready to go to Perfect. It still comes in really handy so would like one day to get it to Pure or Trans :)

Yeah the healing on Allies is minimal and not even worth thinking about really... bit of a shame as I think it should heal same as yourself for Allies. But I have ended dungeon runs with over 2mil healing which is not bad.

Here is a quick 4min clip of my current build, I have yet to post any details of it anywhere on the net yet :)

I did this video to show what I mean by using Careful Attack effects your Aspect of the Serpent buffs. Just stare at the buff bar, you can see when I have Careful Attack up I pretty much never have 2 versions of melee AtoS. Thus during nearly every Ranged Rotation I actually fire off 2 Hunter`s Team Works... Its pretty hard to actually see it but when Careful Attack is up my ranged rotation goes like this...

Binding Shot > Hunters Teamwork (or Hindering Shot if charges ready) > Hindering Shot > Hunters Teamwork > Fox`s Cunning

Then switch to melee... as you can see even though all those powers fired off (I actually hold the Hunters Team Work Trigger during Encounter Animations as it is so quick to fire) I only have 1 stack of melee AtoS for a very very brief period, this is when Hindering Strike is used which does a lot of damage AoE strong roots.

When Careful Attack is down my rotation is just Binding Shot > Hindering Shot > Fox's Cunning > Hunters Team Work : Switch to melee which then gives me 2 stacks of AtoS melee : Hindering Strike > Fox's Shift > Oak Skin : Switch to ranged. People are always saying a good HR should not use At-Wills, complete nonsense as you just need to sneak them in for max AtoS benefit.

As I have mentioned before Fox`s Shift will remove 2 stacks of melee AtoS and replace with 1 Ranged, so its not worth using 1st in my rotation, but this ensures I always have 2 stacks of AtoS when switching to Ranged which is always good :)

Anyway clip to show Careful Attack and only to use it when you have max melee AtoS stacks, 3+ procs of Companions Gift and Master Trapper etc... and prey for a Crit http://xboxdvr.com/gamer/wdj40/video/14169729
