    I would however every time I try to log in, I get a patch error 36 message that a file is locked

    Hey Andy.. a "thank you" to you, the rest of the community team, and please relay said thanks to the devs and staff at Cryptic who are making this game possible.

    There are ups and down and round and rounds, and I know you all have a thankless job.. but I'm still convinced that everyone is doing what they can to improve the game and quality of life for the players.

    I couldn't help but to notice the few number of responses to a "don't forget your free stuff!" thread.. just another example of exactly how thankless your job is... so I join with @suicidalgodot to say "thank you."

    And I hope you liked the photo I borrowed from you for the Underdark Photo Contest. ;-)

    Haha, I thought I buried that picture and burned it, but it lives on! Thanks for all the kind words. You have no idea how much it means to not just me, but everyone else.
