Foundry rating system is not working

Does anyone know why foundry rating system is not working. How long will it take?

    Devs are working on it. No ETA at this time. I'll ask Andy when I talk to him today if he can get more details.

    It hasn't been "working" since beta. I'd say this is probably an improvement.​​

    Any news in this case?
    Have you heard something from devs?
    Have GameCrew given any information about it?
    Is this really "Improvement"?
    If so, then will be there something to replace it?
    Really people, anything about it?

    I don't really have any update yet, but Andy is aware and making sure that the devs are looking into it. I'll bug him again about it next week.

    @StrumSlinger @yetweallfalldown Can we get a run down of what's going on? Even if it's disabled for what could be perceived as a negative reason, any kind of communication would be appreciated. If it's to curb abuse, rework the system, remove the system, anything is better than radio silence...

    I spoke with the devs once again on this and they're still looking into it. They've been pretty swamped with Underdark as you can imagine.

    at least they didn't take down the foundry today, that's pretty good news. but we still need the review system fixed.

    Not enough that the support for the foundry does not exist, then everything is hindered.

    Given the error message when you run quests, I am holding out hope that it's not broken, but it's because they are making an attempt to fix reviews/rating system in general. So exploit quests or quests under 15 minutes don't get on the best list. Stuff like that. Keeping hope alive!!
    On the plus side, the Foundry didn't take 6 plus weeks to come back up after mod update.

    Wouldn't it make more sense to assure the playerbase that the feature isn't at risk of dying, than to pump out more content? this seems to me like one of the best features this game has, and frankly i'd stop playing if the foundry was dead. If anyone of importance reads this comment, please take a moment and realize a lot of players are riding on this thing. I would rather a functional foundry now and newer content later, in my personal opinion. anyone else?

    many of us would stop playing if the foundry was taken out, wich is why many of us are so mad that every new bug in the foundry takes months to get fixed and we get pretty much ignored.

    it does say 'the review system is down right now' which to me, can only mean 3 things..

    1- there was a way to exploit it, so they turned it off. I can't see what anyone could gain from exploiting by writing a review, but, could be.
    2- they're working on it, so they turned it off.
    3- it was interfering with something else, so they turned it off.


    it bothers me cause i was working on the 'review quests' achievement, and now I can't get credit for reviewing them.

    Hopefully the silverback bear will be added to the legendary mount list.

    Underdark is out, and the devs have hopefully had a chance to breathe. Any update on this? It's a core feature of the foundry...
