Barrow Demolition chest not lootable

shinlogoslokiyoshinlogoslokiyo Member Posts: 14 Arc User
This is the second day consecutively that I have not been able to loot the end chest. I would needs them sigils :(

Guardian Fighter Running Entire Barrow Demolition Instance with a party
The chest at the end of the run is non-responsive (should be all warm and glowy)
Walking up to the chest and interacting with it even though it has no particle effects does not work.
This is the second day that this has occured. Have yet to try re-running Barrow Demolition in another party, may do so in the morning.

Any help would be appreciable.

You missed getting the quest from the NPC in Protectors enclave Perceptor Theraclast, if you're over level 60 he won't get a quest icon above his head, but you'll need to get the quest from him after speaking to the harper next to him for the common cause starters.

Just went to Preceptor Theraclast and they have no quest for me. This may be because I have completed Common Cause already. I will try after reset to see if this fixes my woes.

It is. The condition for any of the lairs being available is that you have their matching Common Cause quest active (not ready to turn in).

Update: It was indeed that I didn't speak to Preceptor Theraclast. They do not have a quest exclamation mark come up on them, probably because I am too high a level. Probably needs to be fixed still doe. Thank you for your help everyone.

Aye, it should be rectified, I believe it's a hold over from when the campaigns were level 60 content and max level was 60, so it's not coded to alert 61+ players with the exclamation point above the head, only in the quest text, and admit it, most of us only skim that or hit continue. :) The number of times I've got the bottom of a mini lair and gone, "Oh dang(Or words to that effect) I forgot to pick up that quest again"
