Cannot log into game

Does anyone else have this log in issue? When I go to click play on Neverwinter it goes to the log in screen and says attempting to connect to controller tracker and says loggiing in please wait. has said that for the last 15 minutes.

    Ive tried restarting the game and the computer and still nothing

    everytime i fix my lawnmower, it always runs worse then b4 i fixed it too

    Multiple re-starts of launcher and still it just circles trying to log in.
    Are there that many people and bots logging in or is there a problem?

    same, many restarts and not working.
    edit: tried to enter a wrong password then the right one and it worked. Neverwinter and its bugs...

    Same issue here. Really annoying since I didn't have time to log in this morning before servers went down. Meh.

    Same here...have been trying to log in for over an hour and it's still stalling at loading controller launcher. Tried doing force verify to no avail. Any help will be most appreciated!

    Same. Restarted many times. Tried switching onto proxies. No good.

    Same as above, have tried many things, still not getting into game. Gateway works fine.

    It took me 5 restarts to finally get in. I'm not sure if it matters but on the fifth try with the Arc launcher, I clicked on the game button under "Library" instead of the "Last Played" section.

    Able to login via EU proxy.
    US proxy and no proxy = Attempting to connect to controller tracker.

    Some of the Community Staff are also reporting that restarting the Launcher once or even multiple times eventually makes it start working. In any case, we'll let the devs know folks are having issues, if they don't know already.

    Update: Also, try loading the launcher directly instead of through ARC/Steam and see that kicks it in for you. Just find "Neverwinter.exe" in your installation directory and run it.

    same problem, im at attemp # 4 and same error

    I closed everything then started/updated Arc. Hit Play and got the controller message, I then used a direct shortcut link on the desktop to open a second launcher that hasn't auto logged me, closed the one having a conniption fit. Logged in successfully using the other launcher, high-fived myself and did a dance.

    If you can't convince them confuse them.
