Sharandar Campaign - Cannot advance

Is this a level thing?

I am level 66 when I go to Protectors Enclave and speak to the woman about starting the Sharandar Campaign I have to view rewards. There is no way to complete this. Is this intentional?

    You must be level 70 for all new zones.

    I believe they're referring to the tutorial on the Campaign screen, not the actual starting of Sharandar.

    In which case: Click one of the other categories. There's an issue with it in that opening the campaign screen defaults to Tyranny of Dragons, which doesn't have Location reward lists. Clicking DR, Sharan, or IWD on the left will allow you to check mark "By Location." Moving this to bug reports.

    The view rewards shows then? Is this confirmed? Odd that you can start the quest.

    Yes, we have the same bug on the PC. The tutorial for the Campaign screen starts at level 26, for that is when you can start Tyranny of Dragons. The issue is with the "by Location" part, for as I said opening the screen defaults to ToD campaign list, which doesn't have a "by Location" list to select. Selecting any of the other campaigns will allow you to tick "by Location" and finish that tutorial quest from the Envoy lady.

    Don't confuse this quest with the starter quests for the Campaigns, as it is not. It is an introduction to the Campaign screen. Nothing more, nothing less.

    Sharandar, Dread Ring, and Icewind Dale are now level 70 zones and you cannot start them until you're level 70 now. As well, the Well of Dragons zone (the second half of the Tyranny of Dragons Campaign) is now also a level 70 zone. If you already had started them before the level cap increase, those characters will still be able to access the areas however.

    Just tried this and it did not work.

    What happens is I go to Campaign, and it opens to the Sharandar option. Left Hand Nav has the Sharandar description. Right hand has the Level 70 Requirement. I jump around to different campaigns but I cannot get the Rewards Button to appear at all.

    Are you on the xbox one like i am? If so it is she same trouble with me. the thing is there is just no button. it does not exist at all on the xbox.

    Yep, X-Box One. Even hitting level 70 and it does not show.

    If you're on the xbox you need to open up your collections page and do it from there.

    I just crossed to 70 and finally out of the floating islands so I'll give it a look when I get back on to the game.

    Nope, no luck and I am in the Sharandar completing questions but no luck on get that one quest to complete.

    > Scroll to the Items menu
    > Select Collections
    > Press X to Show By Location from inside the Collections screen

    That's how I did it.

    Nope, that button does not appear any where in Collections or in Campaign for Sharandar

    That's how I did it.

    The xbox one does not work. It is very hit or miss. one person I did the quest with I did the same with others and it did not work. The quest for the xbox is buggy.

    Thank you guys! Went to collection screen and got my reward! :-)
