It doesnt even matter the reason why i refuse to do it. There are also poor stronghold documention on build paths. I can't get conquerer shards because of lack of proper pvp balancing.
I am officialy now a pve only player. I will never pvp again in this game unless there is real progress made in skill/ power balancing.
It will probably take a month or two for the 2 or 3 players in my guild who still pvp to earn the necessary conquere shards to upgrade our archer tower, which we will probably never use, since the stronghold pvp map uses the strongest, or most represented guild defences in the match. I dont even know anymore, nore do i care.
This portion of the game (bulding up our stronghold) is quickly losing my intrest which is a shame, since i wanted this from day 1.

It seriously does not help that they turned off SH PvP... after all of the larger PvP guilds were able to collect full Lionsmane sets. Honestly... if they would have committed to testing SHPvP more, as they originally told the "Siegemaster" candidates... this would not be as big of an issue.
As for the PvP structure, I can honestly say I have not seen these things turn the tide in a match. To me they are wasted resources that could have been put elsewhere. All you need in the match are OP and DC pairs for the win.
Just me but then again my sample size small and now the SH PvP is turned off.... that is how big a fail it is.

Sorry, but with having so many HAMSTER to turn it is a difficult and complex thing to balance stuff - the number of combinations and interactions just grows exponentionally and thus cannot be reasonably tested.
(Well, the problem starts with having a clear definition of what balance actually is. But that's another topic)

bring back the whole gg event, yes the old fun gg event half hour doing quests for some advance pvp points. half hour pvp and half hour dungeon runs. this was a winning content so why the hell get rid of it????

I'm just tired of being told "this is how you can make ad" and then being unable to do it because the fighting system they implemented does not work. If you get less than 100 points you get no reward. matchmaking does not work as it should, classes and gear are not considered when sorting players into teams. there is no buffing of weaker players to make it a more even playing field. There is no environmental actions to the game map that allows for balancing. Heck the idea of a golem defending the spawn point to prevent camping never occured to dev's. Go ahead jump into the spawn area and be smushed by all means.
tenacity should have been used to tweak indiviual powers on a weekly basis until things got closer to being reasonable.
There are no alternative modes to achieving victory, you can't purchase temporary buffs within the match environment to enhance yourself during the match. If you combined this idea with allowing for players to use 10% of the value of their pve gear, and tweaks with tenacity you would probably have most probelms solved.
Every potential power that a player uses should have an opportunity cost, whether it is pve or pvp. When a class has the potential to do so many things but has no opportunity costs, then something is wrong.
