Account banned please help my friend!

Dear developers,
I sincerely hope that some developers or administrator is going to read this post. I am writing it on behalf of (removed name), some time like yesterday he noticed that he is unable to log into his account, to be more specific it was some time between noon wed - morning thurs of CEST. The day before all he did was transfering through ZAX healthy amount of ADs from his invocation/leadership toons to his main toon, DC. He also written a mail to the support because he wants to play and gets his account back. When trying to log into the game he got "This account has been banned. Please contact CS" He didn't got any notification mail sent to him that day nor did he got any massage at all from the support team that he had contacted. Please help somehow, whatever are the inner game filters that are clearly hunting for bots or gold sellers it can also be aimed at common people, probably that was what happened there, I hope in his behalf that we can somehow solve this mistake and bring back his account to the game.

I know (removed name) for short time but from all I know: Ivan was a legitimate player who did not exploit nor cheat within the game. He was all time using only the approved means to play provided by the game. With a hellbent dedication which only few could possibly ever wish to follow (I'm serious, this guy spent insane amounts of time on the game to come this far, I'm not 50% as much dedicated) after years he accumulated enormous fortune. But he DID NOT destroy economy by any means. He used his gain only to fuel own progress and maybe in future help his friends. Not manipulate anything in any way.
So I double the request of un-banning (removed name).
If anything: I consider him example to follow and definitely a least deserving person to ever get ban.
The fact that there was not even a good explanation to ban, despite banning such good long-time player, seem highly unprofessional.

I would also be very happy if this problem was solved quickly . (removed name) is neither a "bot" nor a cheater/exploiter. There must have been a misunderstanding so please reactivate his account. We need and want our friend back!
