DH enchants and SH patch.

Can anyone confirm getting one since SH's dropped? I haven't gotten a single one. I've confirmed fey and salvager enchantments still work as expected but can't get DH to drop anything. Either I'm getting badly screwed by rng or something broke with them.

    I tried to slot the Tymora's just to check what is in the drop table - haven't used them in a long while (P.S it's trash :))
    So no DH's on my utility slots since SH.

    Ive been getting drops with 12% chance however its only been grey stones from what i recall noticing

    just discard and put again. bekoz i m getting drops as regular before patch. if it is bugged, probably u won't get any help from company

    Mine work. Droprate applies lowered pressure orally, but they do proc occasionally. Now that you've mentioned it, it might be the case that they do not work on the SH map, though. But they do e.g. in Shar or DR...

    Been getting drops from the DH enchants. Mostly peridots and pearls, however. And yes this was on the SH map as well. Not just elsewhere within the game.

    I've gotten two black opals, seven sapphires, 10 aquamarines and a pile of peridots/minor resonance stones. Only using 3 lesser DH enchants.

    I've been using DH's (lesser ones) since start of mod 6, never got a black opal.
    RNG is a cruel cruel best !

    Ok sounds like something is glitched for me specifically then. I'll try to swap some things around and see if I can "fix" it.

    I don't get many high-value drops, but have popped two opals in the last couple of days.

    I think that depends on where you go. I found it dropped in WoD and ToD. Not sure about the other area. I am not sure if I get any from IWD.

    Surprisingly my DH has been working rather well in the SH zone. Still cuts off way too soon and the quality of drops is still lacking (lots of pearls and zero opals across my toons doing SH questing).

    I've got DHs on all my characters at varying sizes, and have had no issues - stuff still dropping, including a black opal.

    Reslotted DH's yesterday (curse you Tymora's!!) and it worked as before.
    No opals (yay me!) but aquas, peridots etc etc.

    Works like a charm.

    So I went and unslotted everything and put it all back in. And I do mean everything. Seems to have fixed things. Got a stack of peridots and a black opal tonight.

    IT was few times mentioned that re slotting them does work. Glad it worked for you too.

    got 2 black opals from DF today and DS yesterday on my HR so i can confirm it does work :D.

    I removed my DH enchants in favor of XP boost.. however, my partner had a black opal and sapphire drop yesterday, in the span of about 20 minutes. She has 4 lesser DHs slotted.

    They nerfed DHEs long ago (somewhere in mod 5 IIRC), lied about it for months, and finally admitted. Then, when the community responded with anger and outrage, they promised to 'look into' whether they'd overnerfed them. Predictably, not a word since. Find a way to make AD in the game or clear dungeons and they'll fix that right away. Find a way to reliably refine your artifact gear like we used to do with DHEs and not spend money? They'll "fix" that too....
    Regardless, I get ok drops from my DHEs (at 10% supposed rate) but nothing like what I did before the nerf when I could get about 1 opal per day. Fortunately I had refined all my arti gear at the first 2xRP weekend in mod 6 so I don't need them much anymore.
    It's the usual story of this game: expect to be disappointed, expect bad balancing whether it's classes or enchantments, expect Cryptic/PWE not to care about quality of life for players until players desert en masse (as they have been doing since the launch of the craptastic mod 6). We stay, we put up with it, we complain, and every now and then they throw us a tiny bone.

    I have actually seen more drops after Strongholds came out than was seeing right before. So probably just the RNG problems again.

    Dude, nothing to do with any nerf, and at least 3/4's of people aren't in a foundry killing imps anymore. That wasn't right either. Anyways, once again, I was bugged. I managed to fix it. That means flying into a frothing rage is inappropriate.

    No it was a being bugged problem.

    Just keep one slotted. I got rid of a lot of mine for xp as well, but we have 5 utility slots.
