Is there an issue with Guild Bank Permissions?

I just watched someone who had ZERO permission completely clean out our guild bank. Rank 4 or higher needed permission to get in and I verified this by logging in my own rank one guild-member and could do nothing but look.

Is there any recourse for regaining our items or at the very least repercussions to the offender? I just don't understand this mentality that people walk around with.

    I haven't found that but I have found that people with permissions could not use the bank.

    We are looking at a pretty big loss at the moment. We just dont understand how this person was able to remove stuff from the bank when he/she was just invited to the guild CLEARLY did not have the rank to use the Vault.

    I've never had to report anyone, is this even possible in this game? Is it worthwhile to pursue? Or is it one of those, "it's broken use at your own risk" kind of thing.

    submit a ticket and see what happens. explain your situation. Thats all you can do for now

    The only glitch I know of is when members can not deposit into the guild bank not withdrawing from it. But it could be the case but haven't seen it go that way yet. Submit a ticket and see what happens

    We were basically told, "No, we don't reimburse guild theft items". And we won't tell you anything about our investigation due to privacy reasons. Thank you for playing and have a nice day.

    I am crying BS here... Frankly I don't give a squat about the items, I come to you and tell you I think something's broken and this is the response I get?

    You can't even tell me whether I am correct or not in that he did not have permissions to withdraw?

    Hey, I get it, people are scamming all the time, but we are the victim here and this is how we are treated?

    Yup and the reason they act like this cause I'm sure alot of people submitting tickets are full of HAMSTER and are trying to scam then. So now they have the mentality that everyone is scamming. It sucks for people who have legit issues.

    This is the Reason why we do not store any "High" value Items in the Bank. While it would suck if everything got taken. It would be no great loss.

    Or create extra tabs that only the founders or very senior rank have access to with limits on withdrawal.

    This is also something I have ran into. I have no issue with withdrawing permissions. We tested it to make sure. Good luck on your issue.

    My guild members made remarks about the inability to contribute to the bank. Not an isolated issue as I have heard others complain about it.

    My guild has the same issue when trying to make a deposit. I have a bug thread going here.

    Folks, please use the above linked bug thread, or this one, to report bugs with the Guild Bank. As well, one may submit a support ticket on any serious issues that need the attention of Game Masters and not just the QA Team. Just as a reminder, it is never okay name or shame anyone on the forums, regardless of any evidence.
