  Try updating graphics driver and possibly refer to my fix for the launcher here on the forums.

  That was a month ago. The issue eventually went away.
  
  Now I'm getting the loading problem with mod7 release. the -d3d11Enable 0 worked to get in the game (with lowered graphics.)
  
  Other than that, I still love this game.
