game client crashes!

I cannot get into the game, every time, same error, game client crashes at the loading screen.
Ive waited and waited and still the same, I assume others are having the same issue.

I updated my graphic drivers and nothing, no improvement on the situation.

    Yep, sometimes it crashes right away for me other times it will sit for... 30 minutes was the longest I was willing to stare at the Neverwinter loading screen...

    Some people are saying that deleting your old gameprefs file and force verifying will fix it, will update with my experience once I can get to my computer.

    Deleting the gameprefs file has not resolved the issue for me, any other ideas?

    Just to clarify i use "-d3d11Enable 0" on command line, and select "safe mode" and unmark "Full Screen".

    I had this problem on preview. I have tried -d3d9 on command line, it worked. Now this problem has totally gone, I just need to log in normally.

    Well I got in, but the next log in, did the same thing, game client crashes.

    In addition, they had another 1300 files for me to download to enter stronghold.. omg.

    Why cant they just put these in patches.

    They still need to fix this asap, I dont want to wait every time to log in and play.

    Some of us already had to force verify and run in safe mode in order to not get the infinite loading loop, already tried jumping through all the new hoops users have set up for us and none of them work.

    I am not trying to deter users from solving this problem, because they are the only ones that will or at least have the initiative to do so. I wish I could say the same for the dev team.
