Is anyone at all online right now?

Did you have an issue with the update, and if so how did you get past it?

Trying to figure out if this is a problem for everyone or just some users because we all know one gets fixed right away and the other gets back-burnered and I end up stuck off the game for a week... so - is anyone on Neverwinter?

    Let's see what happens in a few hours. Looks like they are in trouble at cryptic. Never had this kind of issue before. Did they plan an update for today? I know server maintance, but no update was mentioned for today.

    I am in the process of re-installing the game right now. Maybe that will fix it. I will update once it finishes, unless everyone is able to get on by then.

    re-installing doesn't work. It's an issue with the update. What kind of update, they didn't mention anything for today.

    Well, the update was not suppose to be until a lot later today, like 3 hours or so. But it is some sort of update in the shards.

    Honestly, I think shards are their way of saying "servers" lol.

    It's not a problem with the xbox one, I can sign into xbox live and play any other game online. The problem lays with the developers of Neverwinter, not Microsoft.

    Xbox is far better than PS4. But if you speak of PC, which I don't play, then you may have a point.

    Its a combo of both, besides it must be harder to program on a beta version.

    I spoke with Microsoft Support. This is a PWE issue. I also got their direct number from a support newbie if anyone wants to call them and tell them all about your woes it's toll free 1-888-250-8712.
