Vigilance Tasks not counting towards quest

Hi!

On another account (which is seperate from this one because I cant use the forums on the other for some odd reason...), I currently have the quest 'Burning Heart Task Force' which is located in 'The Fiery Pit'. I have been doing vigilance tasks for the past few days and the quest remains at (07/16). Is this a bug? Aside from from restarting the quest, what are my options?

    If you have any vigilace quest active (even in other map) drop them all.
    Try to complete one from Fiery Pit.
    If it does not count, then I am afraid you have to drop the Burning Heart Task Force and take it again.

    You're probably taking quests in the wrong part of Firey Pit. Be very careful about making sure the location is correct, as they come in three pairs.

    I realize my mistake now. I was not reading the text carefully before accepting the quests and I forgot about the NPC back by the main door :|
