I just spend more on a game to buy the Dragonborn pack, than I normally do on any other game...
Especially because I was interested in the race reroll so I could make my Tiefling into a Dragonborn and have the AC buff as advertised. But now I can't find the race reroll token and it prompts me to buy one...
And I wasn't planning on starting over with a new character...
Can you please explain how I get the race reroll?

Thanks in advance

What they said. ^
Have you fully checked the rewards vendor? That is where the other stuff should be at, it will not go directly to your character.

It's not a problem, it's the way it is. Some items are for every character (ring, enchantment and fashion items) and some (everything else, unless I forgot something) are single claim (although many of us got them twice) and will be at the reward vendor.
Now I have some strange reroll stats though, my INT should be 29, but somehow it is 27 and my CHA is 23, which should be 25. With Dragonborn it should give +2 buff on two characteristics, but it seems they did not register?!
Does anyone know about this?
You would have needed to write them down. 29 is impossible without an artifact belt. So, more info is needed.
Starting rolls have a wide variance in stats. It can vary in total points, before racial bonus points, from 72 to 77. At level 60, the highest any one unboosted stat can be is 26, with +2 race bonus and 18 stat starting roll (highest possible) and 6 points from leveling. Boosted stats can have +1 from campfire makes 27 and you would need an artifact belt or potion to be higher. Although if you had an 18 point starting stat for INT, CHA should be no more than 21 unboosted, 22 with campfire because the starting stat would have been 13, +2 racial and +6 from leveling.
So, basically, I dunno.
If you post your current stats (all 6), point distribution from leveling (where you put the points) and information on an artifact belt (if you have one), I can determine what your starting stats should have been. If you do this, make sure a campfire buff is not active. This will help to find a glitch, if any.
