My gear has improved so much since then; got a full grim set now (only had tenacity on my helm and boots in this vid), arti weapon, r7 enchants where it matters and swapped the Lesser Pfire for a normal Vorpal.

Im at work, I wonder if we got the last patch mod 5 from PC. if yes, then SoD and Dazed should be nerfed by 50% and no SoD glitch anymore. (hope they did it here...).

Do you wreck those guys pretty consistently or more a matter of who has their daily up?
I dont like to brag, but I thinkmy setup for 1 x 1 is doing better. conqueror has tons more damage, he probably do better in group etc. it depends on the situation. you could see on one of the videos i got them on 2 x 1, so i killed one of them without daily actually.
viper is running sentinel build I think, so I think he is more set up to tank multiple dudes than 1 x 1 as well. they are pretty strong though. some of the few good gwfs on game. our class is not very popular
Viper has like 7000 power, and 41 AC so has to be Sentinel. Ton of power but no DP. Interesting how you all arrive at these different setups. No brag, you deserve it.
Nice. When a rogue comes out behind a GF from stealth, and you're blocking, is it still mitigated or do you get owned like a GWF at that point?
You have roughly a 120 degree cone in front of your GF where the shield will mitigate 80% (I believe this is the correct number) of the incoming damage. IF you turn in time and get your shield between you and the rogue, you will mitigate the damage. If you do not turn and the rogue (or any character) gets your back, it will hurt. Good GF's keep their feet moving, circling, back pedalling so that they can keep the shield between them and as many enemies zerging you as possible. Shoukons is very good at this.
Also, a GF can block AoE attacks (such as smoke bomb) by keeping the shield pointed towards the center of the AoE.
