Naming and Shaming?

Correct me if i'm wrong. The definition of "Naming and Shaming" is Giving the name of a player and making derogatory remarks regarding them that can NOT be proven to be true. Correct?
Then tell me how a VIDEO which shows irrefutable proof of the claim falls within that category?
They name them sure. They then proceed to warn other players of their inexcusable behavior... true. HOWEVER that's where it ends because providing a video account of the incident is PROVING the claim. Video is even ABSOLUTE in courts. Pretty much open and shut case right there. So why is it Naming and Shaming? Why take them down? Why allow the Booters and Looters to continue there Tyranny and cause even more people to walk away from an otherwise great game.

If i'm wrong. Some one Enlighten me. Someone give me the true definition of "Naming and Shaming."

    Well said, I was wondering the exact same thing. Why shouldn't players be warned to avoid this type of scumbag, letting us know who they are with video evidence would go a long way to easing the problem as opposed to just protecting them so that they can carry on causing misery to so many players.

    Please do read read the rules. If you wish to discuss the rules or moderation, contact a Moderator via private message. One is not allowed to post about such. Furthermore, no matter how much "proof" you feel you have, it will never be enough to bypass the Naming & Shaming restriction. This is not a public or private court and this is not a public forum, it is a privately owned property and your use of it is a privilege of using our gaming services.

    What it really boils down to is that the forums are not the place to report bad behavior, period. That is what Support is for. End of discussion.
