worst support ever!

This game is broken, their support team is broken. After the new Tiamat patch I used a Brilliant Diamond, rolled in a lockbox with keys bought with $$$$, and it ate my diamond like nothing happened. The XP bar didn't budge, the numbers didn't change. So, I put in a support ticket and this is my response I get...

The least they could do is either refund me Zen back to at least buy rubies worth 250k refinement points or roll my account backwards, but I doubt they have this capability (like Blizzard does, since you know, they care about their players). But no, this game will be forever broken, with the support team to go with it.

    You want Free zen for something that can't just instantly be proven? Dumb
    You want them to roll you account backwards "Like blizzard", you mean that small game that has been around for years and extremely developed and polished, oh and cost £8.99 a MONTH to play? Dumb

    Please do read our Rules and Policies. Posting private correspondences from Staff is not allowed. Please discuss your confusion and dismay with Support, through Support. You may reply back to your ticket via your Ticket History by updating it there in the Support Center.

    Issues with Support are not allowed to be aired out on the forums, as such should be dealt internally by the Staff members who deal with such things. Again, these folks I speak of are the Support Team, contactable either in-game, on the web, or by email at customerservice@perfectworld.com

    With any medium of contact, it is always best to be respectful, polite, and very detailed in your issue(s). Being vague, hostile, or otherwise rude and improper will not help matters any at all.
