Accidentally discarded artifact. .

Accidentally discarded artifact lantern of revelation.. it was blue getting ready to be purple, only need greater mark of potency...put in a support ticket, but I know they are busy. Any one else go through support with similar issue? If so what happened and how long?

I think that almost no company does this: you deleted it, its your fault. I don't think they log every operation meaning they might not be able to check if you are telling the truth.

Ughh.. I used up practically all my diamonds preparing for the double refinement. . Only thing I have left is 110 gold... hopefully they will be nice to me and help me out. A big smack to the face for me, almost makes me feel like quitting. .. . But I'm to addicted lol

Email Arc.
I did the same thing explaining how much I had spent on the game.
About 4 days later my Artifact Weapon reappeared in my inventory with refinements in tact.

"Fixed some scenarios where reclaimable unique items that were destroyed couldn't be reclaimed."
maybe I have hope? Lol

Same with the Salvage button. I accidentally discarded two purple items twice when I wanted to salvage oh well.

Ive done the same on a belt of wisdom i got from epic shores 4 weeks ago if u can manage to find it again i would b grateful as that drop or chest item hasnt come bk up in 4 weeks since i was lucky. Darksbane x plz replace

They need to but the discard option is a different place and access it with a different button. This happens too often.

I misspent 15 linu on an item I already had , and had a disaster of a ticket.. Years ago on any MMO a simple mistake like that would have been rectified.. my opinion of the way this game is handled doesn't have to be explained. Considering people are getting artifacts back , all I wanted was them to take the bound item I had and return my Linu.. no go... "Case to Case specific" I was told.. yeah thanks. The guy actually sent me a list of things they can't do.. and one of them was "can't replace deleted or decomposed items"... so why is one customer different from the other? Why are some getting actual unbound items back? I on the other hand can't get Linu back, with the bound item sitting in my inventory bag? Again ..not happy.

I think the reason is because accidentally making a purchase and accidentally discarding because of the menu system is two separate issues. Accidentally deleting an artifact because discard is too close to refine, is easy to prove. I mean why would you want to discard an artifact item? But purchasing the incorrect item.... that's pushing it and really more your fault then anything. Also, they can't prove if this was a mistake. Maybe you used the item and don't like it. Or thought you wanted that item then later on changed your mind. They can't prove it as easily of the mistake as the earlier issue.

It sucks when stuff like that happens. Maybe you spoke to the wrong customer service rep. I've had many issues from all kinds of services where I'm told one thing and I call again the next day or a week later and get a different answer. Example. Amazon. I emailed about a defected item. Then I called because the matter was more serious then I thought. I was told on the phone I had to send the defected item first then I'd get my refund. I hang up and noticed I got an email. Email was from Amazon. She told me I'm getting a refund and keep the defected item. Sometimes you get different answers..... it happens

Same happened to me,

game bugged out, froze and made that weird sound and dashboarded me several times last week. One time it did that when i was refining artifacts.

Long story short, when reopening the game next day my artifact was gone, it also can be due misclicking and discarding, honestly i can no longer tell.

Contacted support about the matter, very good resonance so far, lets see the outcome.

It took a few days, and unfortunately it was the first level of blue when I got it, but hey I'm just happy to have it back.

Exactly this, I have done this a couple of times and destroyed a purple instead of salvaging it
