Determination Bug, a new tested discovery...

So, as a GWF I suffer from the same issues regarding the Determination and inability of using unstoppable on some occasions, generally leading to death...
I did some field tests and dummy tests and these are my findings:

1- Doesn't matter if you take damage or not, this bug seems to happen with either temp hp full or not.
2- The bar doesn't get "stuck", if you stop attack you'll notice that it is actually reducing! Yes! The determination bar is not at a fixed amount, it constantly reduces its value as if you were not in combat!
3- If you continue attacking the bar will continue to fill up and while it is on the "reducing" state, you'll be unable to use unstoppable.
4- Only way to fix this that I've found so far is to literally try to stop attacking and taking damage until your determination bar depletes, then you'll be able to refill it and back to use unstoppable.
5- This bug seems to be relate to Daring Shout use, could not reproduce using any other ability (Maybe all determination generation abilities cause this?).

Any new finding I'll be updating bellow :)
Can anyone inform the devs about this? Is quite annoying sometime...

    I can not even equipped it to the tab can not use it at all my determination keeps going up but can not use unstoppable at all cause not there. I have contacted gm 3 time and asked on here no one has any clue i guess. I have been going through this since the new patch. Any idea?

    Does your artifact weapon have the Reaping Strike buff on it? I've never had problems with determination on my GWF, so I've never been able to test this bug. I know they said that the Reaping Strike buff on the artifact weapon was causing issues with determination, but that was supposed to be fixed. :/

    Have you tried doing a full respec?

    Have you tried doing a full respec?

    I have done a full repec and i am not sure about the wepon i will have to look. Thank you

    I have reported this bug about two months ago in http://www.arcgames.com/en/forums#/discussion/comment/4407502

    And for about two months I stopped playing NW. Yesterday I tried again to play and what do I see? That in two months, nothing has changed. The GWF is still buggy and sometimes i cannot activate Unstoppable ... It's a shame.

    I got a GWF alt I do DD's with, lv 69, never repect'ed, don't use shout or AOE/Mark skills.
    Destroyer tree, destroyer and weapon master passive.
    I don't see this issue. The determination bar and using unstoppable seem the same to me since mod 5.

    Maybe mess around w/ your skills/passives in a lowbie area (like I do to test) and see if you can track it down?
