here is what i would use if i was going to use sentinal as a build in mod 6. However, I would read through this thread here and understand why sentinal is a poor choice for both pvp and pve and then go with a destroyer build like this*
*please note that i went with unfettered strikes in the destroyer tree over mighty blade because Mighty blade only effects encounters that have the "burst" description, none of which are the core IBS/hidden daggers/FLS or daring shout that an effective GWF would be using in pvp or pve. As such, the extra movespeed given by unfettered strikes is of far more value in every situation.

If you cannot perform in PvE as GWF you must suck a lot its the best Damage Dealer for PvE among all classes, head over to the build threads from Lazalia or Lia and you will find some numbers and examples.
GWF is simply not a tank it is a damage dealer in PvE you need to accept that and if you wanna be a tank you need to pick a different class. The devs just gave us a new tank play with Paladin and there is still GF which is very strong.
In PvP GWF is great too multiple people who play PvP GWF reach high ranks on the leaderboard with good winrates and KDAs and they perform well in premades too. Remember that PvP is highly reliant on your Gear and the real competition goes down in a BiS level since outgearing your opponent is such a good advantage. Unstoppable is a badly introduced enrage mechanic true... every GWF dreams of being a berserker in diablo,
however it has been buffed a lot with module 6. You get some nice temporary HP you get control immunity which is huge in PvP and your damage is buffed a lot especially as Destroyer. Good enough for a tab mechanic.
True that the dungeon queue system still recognizes the GWF as a tank, remember that this system was made 2 years when the GWF class was very different the Devs also made the Paladin protection path recognized as tank for the queue and devotion path as a support and promised that featpath and paragon specific queues will be introduced soon. Maybe in M7 or M8 GWF on Destroyer will be queued as Damage Dealer. Till then why not just make groups yourself. Pugging isn't really a good choice anyway and it's not hard to premade groups anyway.
What they need to do is let people <font color="orange">HAMSTER</font> queue as one of the 4 paths they have, Striker/Leader/Controller/Defender. Boom.
The queue makes sure you have one of each, and then randomly assigns another one.
