Forum Readability Upgrade Style

I created a Stylish user style for the forum, because I think it lacks to separate certain content from each other, like links from regular text, quotes from the message and the signature from the post body. The style adds some borders and alters background as well as link colors.

    Ok its a tad better.. gosh I hate the new format, even with stylish on.

    Thanks joshi - I've implemented your Stylish style and it helps a whole lot. Considering that they have been using Vanilla for some of their other games, there's no excuse for such a pathetic design for the forums.

    I updated the style mainly incorporating the fantastic tweaks of @nrglg (https://github.com/Goodlookinguy/pwvnrg)

    Maybe it's "nothing fancy" as you say but it makes a huge difference. So big thanks.

    The default design is beyond awful.
