Question for Cryptic or who ever decide for this game.

Why abandoning a game in pvp afects the pve why you are not geting penalty just for only pvp content?I mean i get in to one game of pvp i dont like the balance and i mean balance f2p against p2w and i leave game why i get penalty in PVE?
