Aura of vengeance

Does anybody know, is there any icd on this aura or not? I think it procs not on any damage i have taken.

    Someone mentioned in chat that an opponent in PvP killed themselves on his Aura of Vengeance, so it seems it does proc. :)
    Obsidian Moonlight - Paladin
    Obsidian Oath - Warlock
    A whole lot of other Obsidian toons as well.

    It does work, it just doesn't clog your screen. I have killed players in PVP when I was testing how some features worked in pvp, from them hitting me while I was using it. I am also fairly sure it has no ICD, because of what happens if you using aura of courage and a HR uses slashers mark, while you got aura of vengeance up.

    Two Aura's of Vengeance or Aura of Vengeance and a Guarded Assault will also cause an infinite loop. No ICD.
