how do I submit a ticket?

I won't name and shame, even tho there absolutely should be a list of known in game scammers and their gamertags. Three this morning, trying to quick remove item from proposal and trying to put silver up calling out to buy for gold. I want to submit a ticket. Otherwise I will be shaming on the trade chat to let honest players know.

Once someone has scammed you, say "Xbox, record that!" (or do a game clip). Then go to their Xbox Live profile and under Report or Block select Report. In the details field (which will show as "optional") make sure to write a brief description of the scam and MAKE SURE you mention you recorded an Xbox clip of the scam as it happened. I've only been scammed twice because I'm pretty savvy, and both times were simple bound Coalescent Ward scams where they took my shards and then just took off - a small loss worth risking for these unfortunately insecure-by-nature transactions. BOTH TIMES I have done as I advised above and BOTH TIMES I have gotten a message from Xbox Live saying (paraphrase, not sure the exact words they use but this is close) "We have taken action based on one or more of your reports. Thank you for making Xbox Live a better place for everyone!" Now what actions they are taking exactly I can't say, but I hear from victims of more devastating scams that they get no such messages from Xbox Live but don't bother with the whole video capture thing. It definitely seems to make all the difference to have a video their support staff can look at showing the shady dealings. I'm guessing I got a couple people temp-banned from Xbox Live over a few Soulforged Shards. Hopefully this will help you as well, if not now then in the future!

Not to bring this back from the dead, but I cannot create threads yet. Has anyone had support help them out with these scammers? I got scammed for over 1 mil AD today. Pretty upsetting as you could understand. I had a greater vorpal and I received an iron golem today out of a lockbox. A guy was looking to trade a perfect vorp, so I offered up my greater and my golem in exchange for his. He accepted.

During the trade, he placed his perfect into the trade, as I went to grab my second item, he (very) quickly switched it out to a regular vorpal. By the time I realized what had happened, he had logged off with my greater and golem with me looking like a fool. 10 minutes later I see 3-4 people popping up in trade that he had gotten with the same trick. Sad that people will go this far in a game, but it is what it is.

I put in a ticket. Hoping for the best, but I haven't seen anything on the forums about this.

The moderation team can not help with support issues. We have no access to anything support related. I am sorry but you will just have to wait to hear back from support.

I know moderation can't do anything. I was just asking if anyone on the forums has dealt with this.

Jdnutz, I never use trade for anything (except this one time). Won't be going back either.

Hey i have a glitch on my rangers professions tab in the alchemy slot i bought all the chultan recipies in port nyanzaru like 2 months ago and i just noticed that the alchemy doesnt have the chultan tab ,but i went to the seller to buy it and it says i bought all of the recipes so can you guys fix that i appreciate.
