Frustrating constant crashes.. any others with issue?

As the title says - seems totally random, but happens within 10-15 minutes of playing.. I'll hit F to: talk to an NPC, open a chest, enter a door into a tavern, and the game crashes immediately. I've also had it happen while identifying an item and also while adding an enchantment.
The weird thing is that it prompts me to send an error report, but the logs in the folder have zero information on a crash - my windows event viewer does not list any crash as having happened either, which leads me to believe it's not an issue with a graphics driver or the like, but instead something with Neverwinter itself. I disabled on-demand patching per a helpful fellow in game, but that's all I've got.. anyone else having this issue?
If I log back in and re-try whatever I did it usually works, but after a bit I'll do something similar and it'll crash again. Instant to-desktop, no error message or any other popup.
