I'm looking into making a oath of devotion paladin and couldn't find much info on them in the forums. What ability scores should I put in them every 10 levels?

I would recommend this build for oath of devotion atm:
    http://nwcalc.com/index.html#/op?b=23ci:k6rwk5:8dep:5tb7d,1cik3e3:1uu550v:1000000:1uu5000&h=0&p=ood
with the max charisma/con roll. You don't really need wisdom, your heals are strong enough anyway and it helps to have the extra crit plus stamina from charisma. It also helps to have the extra damage on justice tree, because once again, nobody in the game needs heals for over 1M, which is what light achieves. If you want to go light though, I recommend:
    http://nwcalc.com/index.html#/op?b=23ci:k6rwk5:8dep:5tb7d,1cik3e3:1uu5000:1000000:1uu5uu1&h=0&p=ood
The 2 choices for the 5th tier of paragon feat for light are really bad, so I would strongly advise not to take them.

Either way, whichever path you pick, you will want the following slotted:

    Passive: (Always the same)
    Aura of courage
Aura of Wisdom/Aura of vengeance (there are situations when vengeance is good, like elol last boss, you can just face tank the lava and have vow of enmity+vengeance keep you healed)

Daily Powers: (these are always the same)
    Divine Justice
    Heroism
*(If Shield of Faith is fixed, it will be really good and earn a slot)

    Solo:
    Burning light
    Vow of enmity
    Relentless avenger

    Group:
Relentless avenger/Burning light (if you need to tank for the group, you need RA to keep up heroism)
    Vow of enmity
    Bond of Virtue

Finally, you really want to get dread ring boons asap, burning guidance should be a top priority.

Also, it doesn't matter what choice you make in gear either. I'm an OD Paladin at 47th level and chose to make defense my primary stat with power secondary and a little regeneration to top the tank between battles. I died once soloing the dragon in Ebon Downs (couldn't run out of the red circle fast enough) at 39th level. That was it and I haven't even been close to dying in any of the PVE content. Really, pick whichever stats you want just focus on one or two and you'll be fine. If you are getting close to dying or are dying, then spec defense with power and you can't really die unless you decided to take a break. I took all CON/CHA so far. Some have said they wanted to redo to CON/DEX for the deflection and CC resistance. I'm not sure I will do that yet and I see no reason to dump a defensive build for deflection either. I burn through everything in less than 45 seconds any way, including bosses.
