Submit Ticket?

So maybe my coffee just hasn't kicked in yet, but can anyone fill me in on how exactly to submit a ticket for a support issue? Tried looking through general forum rules, this sections header on bug submission, and a forum search query.

Other than PM'ing a Mod, not really sure what the appropriate steps are.

    Is this for the xbox version. You will, have to go to there website. And send them a ticket that way. As the tickets are working. So there not down at all thanks :)
