Help with Seals of the Protector

Hello community! I haven't done PvE for the longest time and I'm just now "delving" back into it eyes closed. I think the one hits are mighty fun, but my question isn't about that.

I want Seals of the Protector, and fast. I'm trying to do a lot of eCC for them. I made about 30 ish, and 80 from the caches--Lord knows I haven't been paying any attention at all--so I'm pretty clueless where I ever got those Caches...

I'll appreciate if anyone could chime in and tell me if there's a more efficient way of farming the seals, as well as where I might have gotten those caches.

You get a daily protector's cache for completing a T2 dungeon, which is 40 seals. You get 2 protectors seals per boss. There are 4 protectors seals in the final dungeon chest. One full daily run should net you 50 seals per day.

After that, you just farm a T2 dungeon over and over...
