People are so quick to complain it seems to me, i would like to take a little time to say thank you to PWE about their speedy responce in relation to a recent Zen purchace i made.
I had bought a zen pack clicking on the in game tab that takes you to the billing page, only problem is that i was logged into my alt account on Arc so inadvertantly bought it on the wrong account !!!
Anyhow, i submitted a ticket and i had been getting nervous thinking i may have just wasted my money, then low and behold within 6 hours i had a reply sorting it out, the sloution i hope is now being procesed.
So thank you PWE, very much appreciated.
(now just continue with the good start you have made sorting out the remaining issues with Mod6 release !! and you'll continue to have at least one happy playing ... and occasionally paying customer)
