Shard of elven battle enchantment - How to refine?

I bought Shard of elven battle enchantment at auction house to refine it and put it on my armor for pvp, but it asks me for a reagent wich i dont understand, here is a image of it:

how do i refine it?
Am I doing it right? Cause it says chance of upgrading 1%

    You dont refine it, you combine it with 3 more shards to make it into a lesser enchantment.

    Just have the 3 other shards in your inventory and the option to upgrade will light up. Keep in mind, you will want to have a coal ward. The success rate is only 1%

    A soulforged is more useful fyi. Buying a lesser is cheaper than a coal ward in most situations.

    ...also the Protector's Jubilee might be accompanied by a 20% off or somesuch offer. Last year's was. And it's soon - look in the in-game launch window's calendar tab.
