troubles in PE

since 2 days i have problems in PE..rubberbanding and can't mount when i enter the gate. Even i go back to were i come from. A relog sometimes help. Is this a bug or a server problem. I already verify the game

    Any time you are asking for technical help the first thing you should do is list your computer specs. :)
