Professions Event - Supplies

So in the weekly event - professions when you use the 50 major injury it states you will get 3 supplies but the last two times I only have received a single supply.

Anyone experiencing this?

    It does not say that. It says you have a chance (24% I think with bluecart) of getting 3. Look at the lower part of the crafting window when selecting the task. It is just like all other crafting tasks that have tiered rewards.

    Really? I ran it twice and got three both times.

    The RNG likes you. I'm averaging 1 out of 5, so far.

    Not really. I can't win anything worth selling in dungeons and haven't been able to all weekend. :(
