Divine action feat

so since the new patch it seems on my pally the 5 points i put into divine action feat have been wasted. divine cell no longer gives me any ap gain at all.

    Still works just fine for me.

    I see visible addition to the AP "bar" when I use it.

    At 5 points it's only 5%, so it's not a lot, but I do see an effect.
