Siege Encounters but no credit?

So far I have had the game tell me I have completed 10-14 heroic encounters on the siege battle field. I have done this on several characters each completeing those numbers and the quest still reads 0/2 . What am i missing here if it says complete 2 heroic encounters and I do and I still have no credit towards the quest

    make sure you have opened the reward flashing top right of screen.

    Eroticdoom is correct. You must collect the reward as the final stage of completing the HE.

    Yep, I ran into similar and it was not awarded until I collected it.

    Collect what? I have a banner that says heroic encounter achieved and how do you click on something and open it on the screen with an xbox controller?

    Next panel button will navigate you

    Maj is correct you have to do the next button or whatever it is called on the controller, the button with the two boxes. Also if you have done 10 - 14 HE, you are going to pull a lot of awards which you will be able to use in the store.

    I would like to seriously thank you all for the help with this. Thanks to the limited in game help and controls documentation I had no idea how to claim this stuff. thank you again.
