Graphics Distorted

I have a AMD 7800 card 2mb the graphics r awful at time worst than other times. Objects seem to glitter distort in other ways I have tried to adjust my setting not sure whats going on I didn't see a support section here in the forums so maybe someone can help out here its pretty frustrating to play.My driver are current
