Wanting to create guild " seekers of the maruders map" (anti kick)

Due to the aggrivation of the typical COD xbox " lol kick the ranger" groups i have been in recently, i want to form a guild that is very heavy on the anti kick focus.
im looking for players regardless of class, level, gearscore that want to be in such a guild, that way we can get this created and start actually HELPING players in pve dungeons, not kick them because of loot rolls etc.
a little about myself:
im no stranger to free to play mmorpg's. I first started off back on perfect world about 3 or 4 years ago. The last i played perfect world was just after the tidespawn update, i stopped playing as back then i started having personal issues irl ( girlfriend broke up with me, searching for appartment etc)
since then i have played many other mmorpg's, in fact way to many to list, but i allways roll an archer as my first class, regardless of game.
a little about my character:
character name: artie
xblgamertag: shadowflare86
currently, my character is a 10500 gear scoreish hunter ranger stormwarden trapper. I have proven through numerous dungeons that skill outweighs gearscore, I have a screenshot of a more recent dungeon posted on my xbl profile wall that proves it (20 mill damage in t2 dungeon, as opposed to the 10 mill 2nd place had).
I know there are hr players that wont play their class optimumly or correctly, let me assure you, I am not one of those players.
about what im looking for in guild members:
pretty simple. To avoid kicking players where possible. IF a certian party composition is needed ( gf, cleric, 3 dps) then use the guild chat to fill the holes, or advertise in lfg channels. There is no excuse to run a dungeon, kick a random at the boss, just to solely get a cleric in the party, as such, if i hear about any guild member that participates in a kick action that was uncalled for, or is actively kicking during dungeon runs at bosses, they will get kicked out of the guild. period.
The only other thing i ask is that everyone helps out. if a lower level player has build questions, or needs help running stuff, help once in a while. if your endgame, and need to run ghost stories etc, see if anyone in the guild needs to run it and such.
with that being said, I need at least 4 people to meet me online to get this guild created. ill be browsing this topic for a while, so if your interested in being a part of a guild thats focussed on teamwork as opposed to what 75 percent of the xbox neverwinter comunity is, then welcome aboard.
also, for those with mic's, a dedicated guild chat will be created daily, that way things can be a little easier to do ( keyboard chat is slow for me, even with smartglass)
